About Lucy Faulkner
Lucy Faulkner is The FA’s Equality Manager with
responsibility for all the ‘Football For All’ developments
in football. Her brief includes tackling all forms
of discrimination and harassment as well as promoting
equality.
Her role covers a broad portfolio including race, disability, women’s and
girls football as well as tackling homophobia and ensuring that football really
does address the broad social inclusion agenda.
Lucy works in partnership with all the football authorities as well as external
agencies and organisations to ensure there is a co-ordinated approach to Football
for All.
