Synopsis
Trudi: Hello! Hello! Thank you, thank you.
Welcome. I’m Trudi Ballard. Welcome, welcome to ‘Whose
Baby’, the revolutionary new life show. Welcome.
In the heart of a thriving city, a young celebrity
couple seek out a surrogate mother with which they
hope can make their dreams of starting a family a reality;
while in the suburbs a young couple await the decision
of an appeal, which will allow them to create a ‘saviour
sibling’ for their terminally ill son.
A single woman decides to go it alone and be a ‘solo
mother’, searching for prospective sperm donors
on an online dating website, and two young mothers
hope to start a family without the presence of any
man.
These separate stories interweave as parents, and
parents-to-be, strive for their ideal offspring, and
a revolutionary game show is launched on television.
The prize for the lucky winners? A new-born baby.
